Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 1 PM IST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You'll receive an email or SMS with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • Calmosis currently ships only within India.
  • We deliver to most major cities and serviceable pin codes across the country.
  • If your delivery location is not serviceable, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3 – 7 business days (metro cities usually faster).
  • Express Shipping: 1 – 3 business days (available in select regions).
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, courier availability, and public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping is available on all prepaid orders and on orders above a certain value (as displayed at checkout).
  • For other orders, shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, courier partner, and order weight.
  • All applicable shipping fees will be shown clearly before you confirm your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you'll receive your tracking number via email/SMS.
  • You can track your shipment through the courier partner's website or from your Calmosis account page.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking info to become active.

6. Restricted Products & Compliance

  • Orders to non-serviceable or restricted areas may be canceled and refunded.

7. Delays, Damages, or Lost Packages

  • We strive for on-time delivery, but delays caused by couriers, weather, or public holidays are beyond our control.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact calm@calmosis.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
  • For lost or missing parcels, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can raise a claim with the courier partner.

8. Address Changes

  • Need to update your delivery address? Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
  • Address changes requested after dispatch cannot be guaranteed.

9. Signature & Age Verification

  • Deliveries may require an adult signature (18+) as per Indian law.
  • The courier partner may request valid ID proof before releasing the package.

10. Updates to This Policy

  • Calmosis reserves the right to modify this shipping policy at any time.
  • Any updates will be posted here with a revised "Last Updated" date.
