Gummies are one of the fastest-growing Vijaya formats in India: pre-measured, discreet and easy to take. In India, a THC or Vijaya gummy is an Ayurvedic medicine, not a sweet — it should come from an AYUSH-licensed manufacturer, carry a clearly labelled dose and be supplied with a doctor's prescription.

This guide, updated for 2027, compares six Indian brands that sell Vijaya, THC or CBD gummies, using only what each brand states on its own website.

We included brands that make or market their own gummies (or chewable Vijaya candies) in India and left out marketplaces. In November 2026 we read each brand's homepage, legal, contact, lab-report and gummy product pages, and recorded only what we could see. Every brand was scored on the same five criteria:

• AYUSH licence shown — the brand displays its AYUSH manufacturing or marketing licence number on its website, so you can check it before you buy.
• Lab reports available — the brand publishes lab reports (Certificates of Analysis) or clearly states that its products are lab tested.
• Doctor consultation or prescription step — the brand offers a consultation with a doctor, or asks for a prescription, before supplying Vijaya or THC-containing products.
• Clearly labelled Vijaya / CBD content — the label and product page state what the product contains (Vijaya percentage, CBD-rich, THC-free, THC:CBD ratio or milligrams).
• Range of formats — oils, gummies, capsules, pet products and so on, so that a doctor has suitable options to choose from.

What we did not judge

We have not tested other brands' gummies and make no statement about their quality, safety, taste or effectiveness. 'Not stated on site' means we could not find that detail on the brand's own pages, not that it does not exist. Prices are left out deliberately.

Comparison at a glance

1. Calmosis Holistic Gummy — best overall for 2027

The Calmosis Holistic Gummy contains 250 mg of purified (Shodhita), full-spectrum Vijaya (5%) in each gummy, combined with ten Ayurvedic botanicals including ashwagandha, brahmi, triphala, shankhpushpi and saffron. It is plant-based and vegan, made under AYUSH Licence Nos. MP25E/23/1117 and MP25D/55/96, and lab tested. It is currently in pre-booking.

We rank it first because it meets all five criteria together: licence numbers on the site, a clearly labelled Vijaya dose and percentage per gummy with every botanical named, and — the deciding point — a free consultation with an AYUSH-licensed doctor on every order, with a prescription issued before dispatch (or you can upload your own).

May suit: people who want a gentle, pre-measured Vijaya format chosen with a doctor, and who prefer a plant-based gummy.

2. Awshad Calmagummies

Awshad displays its AYUSH licence number (MP25E/21/898) and publishes downloadable batch lab reports, which is the most open testing page we found. Its gummy range is labelled as a CBD + THC blend, with the milligram content stated per gummy (for example 135 mg and 200 mg variants).

It offers a free doctor consultation on prepaid orders.

May suit: buyers who want to read a batch lab report and see milligrams per gummy before ordering.

3. BOHECO UNWIND Gummies

BOHECO's UNWIND Gummies are described as a cannabis-leaf-based formulation and are listed under its Rx (prescription) range. Its legal page lists AYUSH manufacturing licence MP25E/18/633 and states that its cannabis-leaf medicines are dispensed only on a doctor's prescription, and its homepage offers a free online doctor consultation for Rx products.

May suit: people who already use other BOHECO products, or who want to visit one of its experience centres.

4. Cannazo India Uplift Gummies

Cannazo India lists a manufacturing licence (MP/25D/21/933) and a marketing licence (MP/25E/21/925) on its contact page and states that each batch is third-party lab tested. Its Uplift Gummies are sold as vatis in several flavours, with the milligram content in the product name.

The site says the doctor consultation and prescription are free with Rx products.

May suit: buyers who want a choice of flavours with the content stated on the label.

5. Cannavedic Canna Relax Vijaya Candy

Cannavedic, based in Cuttack, Odisha, displays licence numbers MP25D/21/933, MP/25E/21/925 and OD/D/008/2026 on its homepage. Its Canna Relax Ayurvedic Vijaya candies are labelled with a 2:1 THC:CBD ratio and the milligrams of each per piece, and its product pages state that its products are lab tested.

We did not see a consultation or prescription step on the pages we checked.

May suit: buyers who want an exact THC:CBD ratio per piece and already have a doctor guiding them.

6. Cure By Design gummies

Cure By Design, with an experience centre in Indiranagar, Bengaluru, describes itself as AYUSH licensed and lab tested; we did not see a licence number or lab report link on its pages.

Its gummy range (Drift, Flow and Beyond) is listed in a THC-dominant Rx category, with milligrams per gummy stated on some products. The site says a prescription is needed for ingestible products and advises consulting a doctor.

May suit: people in Bengaluru who would like to see the range in person.

What to check before you buy any gummy

Whichever brand you consider, a few quick checks will tell you most of what you need. For the full version, see our gummy buyer's checklist.

• Licence on the pack — a readable AYUSH licence number with the manufacturer's name and address, matching the website.
• Dose per piece — Vijaya, THC or CBD stated in milligrams or as a percentage for each gummy, not just for the whole pack.
• Named ingredients — every botanical listed by name, plus whether the base is gelatin or plant-based.
• A batch you can trace — batch number and expiry date on the pack, and a lab report you can view or request.
• A doctor first — a consultation or prescription before supply, including a check on medicines you already take.
• Sensible marketing — no promises to cure anything, and no packaging that looks like children's sweets.

Gummies or oil?

Gummies are digested before they take effect, so they usually act more slowly than an oil taken under the tongue, and they cannot be split as finely. Oils are easier to adjust in small steps.

Are THC and Vijaya gummies legal in India?

Gummies made with cannabis leaf extract by an AYUSH-licensed manufacturer are legal as Ayurvedic medicines when taken with a prescription under medical supervision. Vijaya gummies are not for anyone under 18, or for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. They are generally not recommended if you have a heart condition or diabetes — gummies also contain sugars or sweeteners — unless your doctor advises otherwise.
